We are currently handling almost 1000 cases per month comprising of all classes of vehicles (private and commercial) and we are in the panel of all major insurance companies nationwide.  The department is headed by Mr. Terence Loh, who has over 2 decades of experience in the loss adjusting field.   Mr. Terence Loh is responsible of ensuring that all reports submitted to our principals exceed the standards that are set by us and the principals.

 

In addition, he has developed a team of enthusiastic group of adjusters that are competent to handle all types of motor surveys.  Each and every report goes through a tedious process to ensure all reports are submitted within the 7-days time frame.  This process is to ensure that all reports must achieve the standards required by our principals.  Furthermore, in ensuring that our reports exceeds our principal’s expectation, we have set-up an audit section in ensuring our reports submitted are quality and accurate in the recommendation for repairs.
 

OD Adjusters

As the backbone of the company, ZAMA has over 20 adjusters that service both West & East Malaysia. These adjusters are specialized in motor property survey and have reasonable number of years of experience.  Our motor property adjusters are consistently being trained to meet the requirement of Bank Negara.

 


The service standards are:

Site Inspection: Within 24 hours of notification

Final Report: Within 3 working days

Delays (if any): Notification within 2 days after first attendance

Supplementary: Within 3 working days
